If time is of the essence and you want to simply require a few items, you can either drop into JJK HQ and order at the hatch or you can pre-order online and collect at a specific time with our Grab & Go service.  The food menu is limited and varies by day and we do sell out of our most popular meals.  This ‘off the shelf service’ is ideal for those who want to have their food and drink ready for them before or after a workout!

If you would like to place occasional orders, choose from a wider menu, make changes to dishes (such as excluding a specific ingredient etc), order in bulk or have your food delivered, then Fuel Up may just suit you! All meals are cooked to order. Order by 10pm for next day delivery/collection

If you are looking for consistency and would like to have all of your meals catered for on a weekly basis, this subscription based service is your best bet.  Simply answer a few questions on our website and we will create a weekly fuel plan specifically for you, based on 5 or 6 days of meals per week.  Meal plans are available for those simply wanting to maintain a healthy diet and for those looking to reduce body fat.


All of our food comes with a detailed nutritional label which highlights all allergens.  This information is also available on our website on every product listing.  If you sign up to our Weekly Fuel Plans, you will be asked to identify any allergies as part of the process.  If you highlight to us that you are allergic to any of the following, your plan will not incorporate meals that are known to include them:
Eggs, Milk, Fish, Crustaceans, Molluscs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Sesame, Gluten, Soya, Celery, Mustard, Lupin or Sulphites.  Our kitchen is NOT an allergen free environment and there may be traces of the above allergens in our food.
Main Meals:  For the best results, we recommend that you loosen the lid and microwave your meal on full power for 2-3 minutes, or until the food is piping hot.
Wraps:  We find that our wraps taste best when warmed through in the oven for 12-15 minutes at around 170-180 degrees.  All ovens vary.

Meat and fish meals must be consumed within 3 days. All other meals should be consumed within 4 days. Always be guided by the best before date on the meal label.

Yes – you can freeze your meals. We recommend that you do this on the day of purchase and consume within one month. Remember to ensure that your meal is thoroughly defrosted before you reheat!


Delivery is currently limited to within a 10km radius of our Kitchen.  If you live outside of our catchment area, please get in touch and we will see what we can do! Email:  help@jjkfuel.co.uk

Of course! When you place your order, you will be able to select a collection slot.

If you are not in when we deliver, we will leave your order in a safe place inside a cool bag.

Unfortunately, weekly fuel plans have fixed delivery days. Meals for Monday-Wednesday will be delivered/collected on Sundays and meals for Thursday to Saturday will be delivered/collected on Wednesdays.


You can pause or cancel your subscription any time before the weekly deadline.  Simply go to ‘My Account’, select ‘Payment Plan’ and view your active order.  Scroll down and you will see the option to suspend or cancel.  Please note that your account will remain suspended until you reactivate it.

If you simply wish to amend a few of your meal choices, you can edit your menu in seconds.  Go to ‘My Account’, select ‘Orders’ and then click edit on the relevant order.  Your current menu will appear and you can edit the individual meal choices in seconds.  It is essential for you to click save after each change for your amendments to be updated. Once you are happy with your changes, you just need to check out so that the order is updated.

If you wish to make changes to your plan (such as changing the number of meals per day, the numbers of days per week or the dietary requirements), you will need to cancel your existing order and create a new one.

We are happy to cater for small amendments to our meals. Simply add your feedback within the comments section when you checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request
